This Cadillac Has been completely restored by my Father & Uncle who have been in the car business for a combined 92 years of car experience! They have been fighting back & forth on keeping or selling the car. My father wants to keep the car and uncle wants to sell. It will be offered one time and if it does not reach the amount they want my father is going to pay off my uncle to keep the car! This was an amazing car to start with. I love unrestored original cars and begged them not to restore the car as it was a time capsule. Amazing Rust Free (dry), straight, Unhit, original paint, Caddy to start with. The original interior was flawless also. This belonged to the aunt of my father's best friend. She was the original owner! He sold the car to my father after she died back in 1990. They started to restore it 2 years ago! This Car was just finished. The paint was done back to its original color, wetsanded and polished. The car was disasembled before paint by my uncle and all seals were replaced! My Uncle was the Manager of our Body Shop, at the New car dealer they owned for 33 years. He did not do the paint work this time but supervised disassembled and assembled and also polished the car. The Original V-8 Motor, the first year of the kettering engine, with overhead valves, was completely rebuilt. This is the original motor to the car. The odometer reads 56,319 Miles, I cannot say for sure if this is the original mileage on the car but this car once again had very little wear to begin with, so it is possible. All the chrome has been redone and is gorgeous. The interior has been completely redone, back to original Fleetwood interior, using OEM products. The Original steering wheel was restored. The tires are new wide white walls from Coker along with New Sombrero Original Hubcaps! All electrical has been gone through and works properly. The exhaust system Has been completely redone. Brakes have been completely redone. Lever shocks rebuilt and along with new rear shocks. This Cadillac is absolutely Gorgeous and is ready to enjoy. Take advantage of the countless hours my father and uncle spent on the car as they are retired and completed this project to keep themselves busy.
