The home is situated on the Riverbed 1 Mile from Newport Beach and overlooking Huntington Beach. This is a hidden secret location that many do not know about. Peaceful, tranquil location and now up for rent.

There is a 2 Car Garage which is on the upper level of the home. The 2 Bedrooms drop down into the cliff where the place is located. The 2 rooms have been completely remodeled and finished with again no intentions of ever renting. Anyone out there looking for a turn key home to move into that does not resemble a rental here it is.
