Downstairs has 2 bedrooms with another bathroom equipped with a shower. This home has large balcony to entertain guest and barbeque to cook while enjoying ocean views. There are french doors leading from the kitchen out to the balcony along with additional doors leading from each room downstairs giving privacy to each bedroom if needed. There is Laundry facilities available to both homes.
