1965 Volkswagen Beetle!
Well, there's a reason why this car looks so good and was so nicely preserved, it's spent 52 YEARS in dry
California garage kept.
What a great combo.
L41 black inner and L87 pearl white outer rim, with those very hard to find
factory hard chrome German hubcaps.

This car was bought new at Mc Peak Motor Company in Walnut Creek on November 6th 1964.
* Incredible original dealer plate frames holding the original 1964 issued Ca. black plate.*
The first owner was a student at San Francisco State College.
*Note S.F.S.C. parking sticker from 1967.*
Later he became a teacher, leaving San Francisco to teach in Fresno, he'd eventually sell the car to one of his students who also lived in Fresno.
A Vintage Volkswagen Preservationist bought the car directly from the second owner,
The car was located east of the state's capital.
Original dealer warranty from November 1964.
There's the original owners manual.
German "safety" glass stamp/logo on the cars windshield.
Original dealer service booklet is also included.
Brand new ground strap added for safety.
Battery strap is in place with the cover as well.
New battery ground cable and battery.
Wire cover removed it looks "like new.
The glove box the same, we see the back of the dealer installed Blaupunkt AM radio, Hella flasher relay, factory stamped/sealed speedometer
and a rare Blaupunkt radio speaker.
Destination U.S.A ~ Original Wolfsburg factory Export crayon markings, under the trunk liner.
These are markings rarely seen...most restorations erase all the origin markings.
Back of the dash, showing the the wiper motor and the dealer radio mounts all super clean and looking like new.
Engine runs like a Swiss watch...fantastic driver.
Amazing how clean it all is...this mostly original paint people...not a restoration!
Freshly rebuild German fuel pump by Ed Fall of Salt Lake City.
No rust or rot here, 100% factory metal in this tire well.
Even clean inside the headlight buckets!
Look at those wheel wells, amazing, beautiful original factory paint...WOW!
And just as clean underneath out back as well.

end of the rain gutters and upper corners of the deck lid, it's crazy!
Wild...this is original not restored.
What does this car need?
That L87 pearl white, it shows off the Beetles lines so well.
There are a few spots where the original paint has thinned from age and polishing.
